Cheat Meal?!

“When is the best time to have a cheat meal?”


NEVER. THERE IS NO SUCH THING.

When you change your mindset to flexible eating, you can enjoy all the things you love without “cheating”.


There is no such thing as good foods and bad foods. Of course there is nutrient dense and calorie dense food… but we need to start seeing food for what it is, fuel.

STOP πŸ›‘ restricting yourself and staying on track during the week and then blowing it on the weekend!

START βœ… enjoying foods you love, fueling yourself with both soul foods and whole foods 7/7 days a week!


This weekend I challenge you to find a food or meal you love and eat it. Don’t go overboard. Just find some balance in your day.


You CAN satisfy your cravings without going overboard….You can have πŸ• without eating 8 slices. You can enjoy 🍦 without ordering a large. You can eat the 🍞 at dinner.
Satisfy that craving and then MOVE ON. Don’t consider it a “cheat” and DONT starve yourself the next day as punishment.
