STOP. Stop doing these things to your body. Stop trusting these things MORE than you trust the liver, kidneys, stomach, brain and heart that the LORD KNITTED FOR YOU!!!!!!!When you do these things to the beautiful and perfectly crafted body GOD designed for you…. you are, in a way, showing that you do not trust how he made you.

Of course these things help you lose TEMPORARY weight. But they do not address the heart issue that comes with food addiction, emotional eating, and lack of self control. So in return the weight will come back when those heart issues creep back in and we throw in the towel.

You can’t eat how you want, when you want, for as long as you want…and then expect some magic solution to cure your heart issue with food and “help you lose weight”.

In proverbs 3:19-20 it says:”By wisdom the Lord laid the earth’s foundations,
by understanding he set the heavens in place;
by his knowledge the watery depths were divided,
and the clouds let drop the dew.”

The Lord in his PERFECT WISDOM and KNOWLEDGE created you and your body.

START TRUSTING HIM more than you trust cleanses to “get you on track”.Trust HIM to make a PURE, HOLY, and genuine change in your heart.

Heart and sin issues are the reason behind our bad body image, food addiction and all the things.Our organs and our body has a special roll made by a SUPER, ALL KNOWING AND PERFECT GOD.

Today will you surrender? Will you throw away the cleanses, pills, shakes and cleanse books that lead you toward the world and further from God. Today, will you trust all the organs in your body that the Lord created, and know that they will do their job?(disclaimer: This is not pertaining to any medical conditions that an individual may have, those are different circumstances ))
