You are the result of the handiwork of a God who spoke this entire world into existence.A God who sent his sent his ONE and ONLY son to die on the cross. so that…”whoever believes in me will have eternal life” John 3:16In Jude 1:24 it says that we will be presented FAULTLESS before God, and the only way to achieve that is through trusting Jesus Christ as your PERSONAL savior.

The results of weight loss and exercising are earthly and of the flesh….But the act of fully surrendering EVERY single part of our lives (including our diet, finances, hurts, habits, relationships) to the Lord is ETERNAL. THE WORK HAS BEEN DONE FOR US.  THE RESULTS of trusting Jesus Christ as your personal savior are ETERNAL.You are loved, created with a purpose and because Jesus died on the cross, and his death on the cross resulted in our FREEDOM.

Today, choose to trust him, with your entire being. Choose to live in the freedom of Christ, that will break every.single.chain
